The property is set in the quiet hamlet of Tzamarelata,
which is only 10 minutes drive from Fiscardo and within
walking distance of the village of Manganos. The
spectacular sea views are of Assos and the Kakata
peninsula - this part of the island is also renowned for
it's magnificent sunset. The rooms are modern and
spacious. They have also been furnished and artistically
decorated to a high standard by the resident owners.

Studios:
Comprising a large single room with kitchenette, dining
area and a bathroom. The studios are roomy and can
accommodate up to 3 people in comfort. Two of the
studios are on the ground floor with large outside sun
terraces which facilitate dining and outside living. One of the studios is on the first floor and

Apartments:
These are
slightly larger than the studios but with a similar
layout; each apartment can accommodate up to four people
in comfort when using an additional bed. Apartments have
their own terraces large enough for dining and outside
living with glorious sea & sunset views. Kitchens
are well equipped with two ringed electric ovens and a
fridge. These facilitate the preparation of picnics and

Studio kitchenettes are equipped with a fridge, electric
hotplates and necessary utensils to prepare light meals.
Guests staying a week or more will receive a twice
weekly change of bed linen and towels. Although evenings
are generally cool, each studio is equipped with a
ceiling fan. Free wi-fi available under the olive trees.
