Ferries to and from Fiscardo
|

Calling several
times a day during summer,the ferry pictured above,
carries both cars and foot passengers. This provides a
useful link between Fiscardo and the islands of Levkas
and Ithaca. The ferry starts it's run from Lefkas and
completes a triangular route. The rotation changes
periodically so sometimes it's Levkas, Fiscardo, Ithaca,
Levkas and sometimes Levkas, Ithaca, Fiscardo, Levkas.
Below is an example of the summer timetable - This
changes regularly so check with a ticket office or agent
well before you intend to travel. |

| The timetable
varies greatly depending on season and can be subject to
sudden changes at short notice. Winds of force 5 and
above will cause the service to be suspended, so keep an
eye on the weather forecast too! If you are planning a
day trip, make sure you check that the ferry does indeed
make a return trip! If you're taking a car, it's also
worth making sure that there is space for it on your
return trip. |
